CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Margo Carlin and Sarah Johnson have been named to the NFHCA Northeast Region First Team, the National Field Hockey Coaches Associatoin (NFHCA) announced today. The two captains add to their already accomplished resumes, with Carlin and Johnson each earning their third career All-Region selection.
Margo Carlin, who earned First Team All-ACC honors already, started all 18 games for the Eagles this year, logging seven goals and four assists, finishing second on the team with 18 points. Sarah Johnson earned Second Team All-ACC honors and also made every start for Boston College, co-leading the team with four assists to go along with two goals and two defensive saves.
